Wallbit is the first digital bank for remote workers. Founded by tech entrepreneurs and backed and invested in by Y Combinator and other venture capital firms in the United States and Latin America.
Our mission is to offer the best banking services to remote workers around the world, starting with Latin America. Today, Wallbit offers the ability to open bank accounts in the United States, access to an international card, withdrawals in local currencies, and an investment account to invest in stocks, ETFs, bonds, and other products.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Success Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience using Wallbit’s services. You will handle customer inquiries, solve issues, and provide guidance to help users achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and other channels.
- Assist customers with account setup, navigation, transactions, and troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate information about Wallbit’s products and services.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Educate customers on best practices and new features to improve their experience.
- Collect and share customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience, to improve customer satisfaction.
Documentation
- Contribute to the development of FAQs, guides, and support documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support roles or similar positions, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Experience with customer support software (for example, Intercom) is a plus.
Work Model
- Full-time.
- Remote-first, with an office in Colegiales, Buenos Aires.
